Gayle has been the driving force behind the successful growth and development of the Coldwell business over the past 43 years. Looking back over the years Gayle has seen enormous changes to the industry in both safety, technology, and business compliance.
Gayle is incredibly proud of her team and the people who have helped her build the company over the years together. Gayle Coldwell has led the company through some very difficult business situations and challenging economic environments during her time at the helm and is extremely committed to gender diversity and helping people train and develop in the drilling industry.

Brendan Coldwell is a Director of the company and plays a vital role in the Rockhampton workshop facility support and maintenance services. Brendan grew up on the drills and has extensive equipment rebuild experience and technical skills that support and maintain the Coldwell equipment fleet.
Brendan holds a trade qualification in both Diesel fitting and Boiler making. Brendan understands every aspect of the Coldwell fleet maintenance requirements and knows how to safely make it happen to support and deliver the operational requirements of the company and its customers.

Darren joined the Coldwell Team on the 1st May 2021. This recent appointment forms part of the Coldwell Drilling Co business strategy for further growth and development. Darren is a highly respected maintenance specialist with over 30 years’ experience on maintaining heavy earth moving equipment and mobile plant.
Darren is responsible for the safe maintenance management and planning across the business including budgets, scheduling and asset management and performance across the business. Darren has predominantly worked with Contractor based organisations throughout his career such as BIS, John Holland and SMW

Alycia has been with the Coldwell team for over 10 years and during this time has been instrumental in providing and maintaining the back office administration functions and responsibilities and support to the Coldwell Drilling Co Rockhampton office and site based project teams.

Nathan is one of the frontline leaders who actively work with our clients to deliver what we promise and make it happen. The skills, operational knowledge and capability of the highest standards required to support our business operations, contracts and day to day operational requirements.
